This fellowship programme aims to provide practical experience in international arbitration to both current students as well as recent graduates within the last two years of a law degree. Selected Fellows will be provided first-hand, practical experience of the role and functions performed by the SIAC Secretariat. They will also be offered the opportunity to work with a dynamic and multicultural team of arbitration lawyers on the administration of cases under the SIAC rules. It is fixed for a period of 12 months from August 2025 to September 2026 and fellows will be responsible for all costs associated with the Fellowship, including travel, accommodation, insurance, and associated costs. Assistance with visa processing will be provided where necessary. Applicants are required to submit a curriculum vitae not exceeding 2 pages, academic transcripts of the both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels if applicable, a statement of interest outlining the motives for applying, two letters of reference and a writing sample preferably on a topic related to international law or arbitration.
